Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on every order. Orders ship out within 2–5 days. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination.

Returns

All sales are final. Because each unit is dispatched to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please check your colour choice and delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, email support@beercupmortar.us straight away — if your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to correct it.

1-year warranty

Every Beercup Mortar is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it arrives damaged, or the lever or firing mechanism fails in normal use within 12 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To claim, email support@beercupmortar.us within 30 days of delivery for transit damage, or any time within 12 months for a fault, including your order number and clear photos or video.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear, or use outside the product instructions.
